First of all, thanks for showing interest in traditional Zambian music! I am glad you’re not one of those Zambians that find this kind of music distasteful simply because they’re now glued to the JK’s today. It’s perfectly understood that different people have different tastes of things (music inclusive), but showing appreciation of what I firmly believe has helped shape the Zambian music of today isn’t a bad idea at all.
